iCare Transport Solutions, LLC was founded by a former refugee who is grateful for the opportunities the new country has offered to him. The founder comes from humble beginnings and has worked for social service programs in San Antonio for nearly a decade. He can relate to and understands what it means to require non-emergency medical transportation services, as he once relied on these very services several years ago.
